What's fascinating is that café brûlot is a 16th century tradition began in the Charentes region of France, where Cognac is made. It was a practical way to warm up yesterday's coffee, which wouldn't have been poured out given its cost and rarity. There are some great videos that demonstrate the traditional café brûlot charentais method that was imported by the French to New Orleans and has since been adapted.

Very interesting products! Ito En used to make “Sencha Shots”, which i loooooooved. Just iced sencha, which is all I ever want in an iced tea. They expanded to iced oolong, and iced mate, then they disappeared for years I think due to low consumer demand over sweetened RTD teas. EDIT:I just looked them up and I see they are making the sencha shots again! Only USA i think, but I recommend!

MK or Parve is a Jewish thing. Jewish people have lots of dietary restrictions. I am not Jewish myself but follow a few on social media.

I went on the website today and these are so outrageously priced plus you have to pay shipping. a 4 pack is $15. A 12 pack of name brand pop is $7 by comparison.

A few years ago I put some canned teas in one of my countown boxes, I think it was called sound? They were pretty good! There is also this brand called hoptea that I like very cool to have more options ❤❤❤ so good to see you making a video ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi I need major help I got a teacup set off Ebay and it stinks of smoke I'm already having breathing issues due to my asthma opening it it has a pearlescent glaze on it ect will this method work

I plan to open a tea shop so I was looking for cups I found a guy on FB market place and purchased 17 cups and saucers for only $3 each and now the guy is going to notify me whenever he gets cups in. Just one of my tea cup is worth $170.oo. Another worth $70 and another is $56. I studied and looked them up and I cant believe how much my cups are worth. Those 17 I got for $51 are all together worth $549.oo only 1 had a chip.

Hi I received some tea cups from a lady that passed away and they are really pretty. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to find out how much they are worth and how to sell them.

Have you tried it for gongfu tea? It seems like it would be good, but it might be a little difficult to reset for the second and further brewings.

I found a yellow one with gold leaves and gold handle and spout. Excellent condition.

I have a beautiful collection, all well over 50 yrs old. Some were wedding shower gifts. I love them all! I might have to show them like this because I haven't seen even one like any of mine! Beautiful collection you have!

I find all matcha I've tried have that 'drying' effect in my mouth. Also, if you aren't a huge fan of matcha and that "grassy" taste, I find that iced matcha is a lot smoother and even almost sweeter. Also like you said, I have never had a massive reaction to the caffeine in matcha like I do sometimes with coffee when I feel shakey and nauseous afterwards.

Wow, lovely collection! I managed to snag four antique aynsley teacups in this color and they’re so pretty.

I have a teapot collection as well, and I use them all at my table. I recently became aware of that pretty Sadler bell shaped one. So pretty! It's like a skirt! 😊 I don't have any silver or pewter pots. It will be neat to learn about them from you. 🩶

I double up my chemex filters so the tea steeps for maybe 60 seconds as the water slowly drops through.

I gave away almost all of my flavored teas to my brother who took them to his middle school and put them in the teacher’s lounge where they were snapped right up and his colleagues loved them. Now I mostly have just direct trade oolongs from Taiwan, because that’s what I love. I do have some matcha, and my matcha purveyor recommends that it live in the refrigerator to slow degradation. Most everything else is in a set of wooden apothecary drawers my dad made many years ago.
